The overall goal of the SODO CrossFit Endurance Class is to maximize your fitness across many domains. So all aspects of fitness will be addressed and trained throughout the year. Of these, we choose to focus on different pieces of fitness based upon the time of year, where we are in our training schedules, and what our weaknesses are.
Right now, based upon the time of year and most people's training schedules we are just getting out of the optimal time for true strength (of fulcrums) training and transitioning into more speed and power training that will lead into muscular endurance and aerobic capacity (of lever arms) training as the next (2012) spring/summer/race season approaches.
With CrossFit Endurance classes, you sign up for a monthly fee and are then able to pick and choose which class time you come to on any given day. For example, you can come to the 06:00am class this week, and then switch to 6:00pm on Tuesday of next week, and 12:15 on Thurs, then switch back to 06:00am, etc. etc. No need to sign up for a particular class or time, just show up to the time that works best for your varied schedule and life commitments. The workout is the same at each class of the day, hence the notation WOD (Workout Of the Day).
For only $150 per month ( ~ $6.92 per class) you get small group coaching and frequent individual coaching at each class.
Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs @ 06:00am or 12:15pm or 6:00pm & Saturday @ 10:00am
